Cancellation policy: Prior to August 31, 2023 you may receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Between September 1, 2023 and October 6, 2023 you may received a 50% refund. After October 7, 2023, there will be no refunds or credits. Please consider purchasing separate travel or trip insurance for any cancelations including weather or health issues.
Travel Information:
Airport: Closest airport is the George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston, TX (IAH). You will need to arrange your own transportation between the airport and the Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands. Please keep in mind that the Welcome Dinner begins promptly at 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023; you won't want to miss this. Plan your travel accordingly.
The IC is a hybrid mix of classroom and site work, please check the weather prior to arrival and pack appropriately. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be outside during the days and evenings.
The IC ends on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Mercer Botanic Gardens. We recommend a departing flight after 4:00 PM from IAH.
